Beat icing sugar and ghee till fluffy
Then add soda and beat again
Then add maida, dessicated coconut, rawa and mix well
You can add 1-2 tbsp milk if required to bind the dough
Make 3 parts
To one part add orange, colour, orange essence, orange peel and mix
To the other add green color, pista essence and pista and mix well
To the 3 rd part add coconut essence and mix well
Now take all the 3 dough and roll each of them to a roti of medium thickness in between 2 plastic sheets
Now place the white roti on orange and green roti on the white
Press with light hands and with the help of the plastic sheet roll to a log
Refrigerate for 10 minutes and cut to 1 cm thick slices.
Arrange on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for 10 minutes
Cool on wire rack and serve
